Lions and Tigers and...

you got it, Bears. who are nearing the finished line on our next as-yet-untitled effort, which we think may be our finest. we plan to have our record available by the last of march in time for a BEARS TOUR sometime through april-may. our agent Joshua Knight has already begun therapy in preparation for the big event. where would we like to play? well, everywhere there are people stupid enough to, no wait, that's not it. let's just leave it at everywhere. so start telling all your stupi, er, all your friends The Bears are coming. you never know, it could be our last tour ever, so let's pretend it is. it will take a few weeks before the dots (pun intended) start to connect (or else Joshua throws some darts at a map and that becomes the tour). but I will blog you to death when I know more.

  2. Wishful thinking perhaps... but any chance of the Bears, the Power Trio, or for that matter any noisy outfit containing your good self, making it over to the UK???

  4. The prospect of being blogged to death by Adrian is a great one indeed. And if this is the best place for that sort of behavior, that is a great decision.

Perhaps it might also be time to engage your faithful friends on the Yahoo! list - it looks like things have settled down there enough now to be more possible to do.

It still probably wouldn't be possible on Elephant Talk! - S.

  5. Ade, The Bears were sadly absent from the West Coast last few times on the road so it's only fitting that the West Coast gets to see them. I'm sure the Triple Door would LOVE to have you back. Please come again to Seattle and the Pacific NW.
    Cheers!

  7. our first live bears experience was at venetian night , we met jim seigert for the first time, and rob fetters yelled at me , "get adrian!" you were off doing carnival rides with your crew , and the dots wanted you back for an encore. the second live bears show, just happend to be on my birthmark , sept. 21 , 2002 , at martyr's in chicago , more tears were shed that night than when i was actually hatched , but this time the joyful ones , except for when the batteries died in both of the tuners , those were sad tears. you boys have some big shoes to fill .
