when I found out my apartment on the canal
at groenburgwal 38 was one of the most often photographed
and one of the most common postcards I had to have one.
if you look on the left hand side of the postcard
the white doorway underneath the streetlamp
was the entrance to the apartment.
I lived on the top two floors.
for the first two and a half weeks
I shared the apartment with daniel rowland.
on march 7 daniel had to return to the states.
for the last week I shared it with john sinks.
I'll always have fond memories of groenburgwal 38,
my home way from home.
